My tip: Try to make eating your veg and fruit fun, exciting, and maybe even wacky! Why do this? Well believe it or not, we need at least 2.5 Cups of veg. and 1.5 Cups fruit every day. Wow is right!
ReplyDeleteSo try this: Take out the jelly from your PBJ sandwich. Instead have a PBB or a PBA; add banana slices or apple slices to switch it up. Why not even add raisins and make it a PBR!
